I've got exercises for every little part of the foot because I've had to do it at number one as a dancer, as a former dancer. The foot is everything. And so lots of different proprioceptive and also motor control exercises there. So, and but then we'll do also exercises where we'll flex into the ball because the rubber has enough stiffness. Your three middle toes will try to contract in like a falcon and then extend up. We have that strengthening part in between can be a little bit tricky. It definitely can.
