The Power of Emotions
I think it's so ironic that I even am doing this feeling work because I've said so many times that I'm not someone who feels things. And what I've realized through thought work and the model and just doing this as a practice is I for sure have been resisting my emotions for my entire life. That has led me to so much buffering, so much avoidance, so much procrastination because I wasn't willing to feel the thing. It was like we're being told your emotions are so strong. You cannot fight them, which I would not recommend fighting them, but the implication is also you can't handle them.
