What Is the Goal of a Meeting?

The point of the meeting is one thing, to gain consensus, which means that the person calling the damn meeting needs to do their home work and persuade us around what the course of action should be. So that's a very simple thing that you can do within your organization. It will nearly eliminate all these pointless, distracting meetings that we experience to day, with or without.
