Endurance Training Reduces Glucose Uptake and Reduces Insulin Uptake

If you take someone and train them in a certain way you can actually nudge up that exercise intensity where they're burning let's say more fat and less carbohydrate. At higher exercise intensities compared to people who are untrained they're going to be able to oxidize more fat than those aren't trained. So endurance training reduces increases phalloxidation and reduces glucose uptake at the same absolute and the same relative so even though you're doing so just say you're a tortoise friend cyclist and you're at 60% of your VO2 max which is obviously going to be a much higher workload you're still using more fat andLess glucose than the untrained person.
