Sprinting a John Toots
I want to see if i can bump up my five second power. My current max power, i think, is just under 15 hundred wats. I've never really worked on sprinting per se like i've never liked. If i'm a smaller rider, and i think i'm pretty good at positionng, if i could have areally strong sprint, that could be great. But this is total contrary respective to what you're dealing with here, keith.
