Frankly, i think early on as a strategist and an agency, you don't maybe necessarily think about it like, i have a creative counterpart. It's more like, hey, there's different styles of creative and different styles of strategists. People kind of latch on to much out there, and they, you know, their, their styles overlap really beautifully. I've watched him also learn to do different things globally. Like doing a global job like his is super hard. There's a lot of subjectivity involved. No matter how good the brief is, no matter how many insights i served up, still subjective taste and style. And i think that's the harder part for me
