The reason we didn't do it is like the thought process was we target really low tech people who don't like on average, our customers don't like change. But a point my brother made that I agree with is he's just like, we're going to change. And we're better off getting our customers used to the change than we are trying to protect them from the inevitable. So one of the projects that I gave myself this first couple of months of the year was trying to buy time back from finances.
