"I've never wanted to be a bodybuilder. I don't think I have the genetics for it," he says of his desire to lose weight. "So, um, so this is my own experience and feel free to like to chime in." He's gone from 14 to 15 percent body fat roughly with zero calorie tracking. 'You look great, dude. Thanks, man' you say after seeing him at 41. "'Good shit.' You know what? That's unbelievable,'"'Cause that's just not how we do things around here.'"
