I like to eat between 11 an five ti s Saturday morning. I don't do frozen food in the sense of, when i get the food, his pie already been frozen, pite multiple times. So i by everything fresh, and i cooked it within that two to three day window. Once i started doing that, i felt like i got leaner. I felt like cleaner energy so i just kept doing it. Coffee's one of those things that i don't care how much scince they bring out about how bad i'm noti have not heard one bad thing about coffee. But yet, i like like a costly pups.
