Treadmills Are Not a Whole Body Whole Making Thing

Treadmills are problematic because your brain has to make an adjustment to what you are doing on the treadmill. As you use treadmills longer as you are older on treadmills that period of time when you get off of the treadmill becomes longer and longer so you're playing with your mind wow your brain like it's it's changing your brain like It's affecting your brain for those reasons alone I wouldn't put treadmills into the healthy category that's why I put him kind of in the junk food category which isn't to say they don't have lots of benefits in certain ways.
