Bojal is a little bit more discussable in terms of whether it's part of Burgundy or a region in its own right. The problem for a long time was that the established successful producers were selling their wines way too cheap. Bojal is got loads of youngsters doing exciting things. So many small producers are making some good, stunning wines. I try not to impose my tastes on what I'm tasting in the glass. I try and listen to what a producer wants to do and say, have they achieved it successfully? Chablis has been in a really good place. Loads of people making very good wine. They've got such a white soil with lots of stones
