I think there's this kind of debate. I feel like we all end up in our tiny little world, dancing on pinheads around numbers of messaging. What does emotion mean? What does brand mean? The big, big, most important question and debate and a bit of persuasion has to happen is that clients need to work out how they're going to get their budgets off a scale and they're split right. To get permission to do the sort of brand building ads that are often not actually happening at all. And too often the budgets aren't being spent because there's just not enough money.
