How to Restructure Negative Core Beliefs
The idea is to identify what are the real negative core beliefs that are activated in the moment and how do we sort of hack them? You know, how do we move into a different place and more positive place together? Yeah. So it's the person who is triggered that does this exercise most of the time, both people can be triggered, but it doesn't necessarily have to be so. And then you try to identify 10 or 20 times throughout your life where that core belief has been triggered. Then you restructure it with a positive core belief that you start to develop to replace the old negative one. Okay. That just sounds so easy and simple. Or it sounds very like a lot
