The First Step in Change

The first step, as all first steps in change, is to become aware. To first and foremost, become aware of the self. Learn how to be the server of your thoughts, so you know what they are. The more consistently you think a particular thought, those are beliefs. Peeling back lier down deeper into our body. Same goes for our feelings,. becoming consciously aware of our physical body and all the sensations that are indicating these emotional responses to the world around us. What habitual emotions do we feel? How do we cope with those emotions? These are all things that we need to first become aware of.
