Body weight training is a huge thing right now, but people are kind of sleeping on the power of body weight training. For some reason, it's easier to get stronger with your own body. Some of the strongest guys even with weights have a background in body weight training and I started really getting into body weight training when I was a teenager. But we also hit plateaus. You want to build up to chin ups, you want to do one arm pushups, full range handstands,. Do two hard sets of a really tough movement and then do one set for extra volume.
