A lot of champions will have a preconceived idea about how reliable you are as a vendor. Look at sites like TrustPiler and even Glassdoor, are your employees happy? And this segues neatly into something that will cause a lot of presales people panic. The rationale is what better way to prove ease of use than to have somebody on the prospect side of the house drive that portion of the software.
