Is There a Buffer Zone?

i put a buffer zone in place at four o'clock, and i get off work at five. The whole idea is that people are over committedthe they overestimate how efficient they are with their time. If you do the 12 week year four times, you've got four extra weeks there. I prefer to think of the thirteenth week as vacation.
