Train for Marathons

There's no right or wrong, just recognize and associate the risks and potential benefits. So it might be a six month training plan to get you to that marathon. That is less risk to take than training for four months or two months. And if injuries do start to rise us, when we can do all these run smarter things where we can im try negotiate it as quickly as possible. But don't be too harsh on yourself. We're very quick to criticise ourselves and blame ourselves - but like i say, it's a dangerous sport.
