The Importance of Technology in an Agile Way of Working
Technology is a huge enabler of this way of working, massive enabler. And we're an organization where all roles flex is one that is a keystone of our employee value proposition. Having the right collaboration tools to be able to see each other and work together has been very important for us. There's a lot of concern right at the beginning about the tension that that held with the agile way of working. It was all about teams being together in person and working the problem together every day.
