The Benefits of Pushing Your Limits

The small details of having to be more efficient with your volume and stuff, that starts to come into play with the people that are pushing the limits. So if you're not really pushing yourself to like trying to fit in the most amount of training that you can and getting the fastest absolute results possible, then you can afford to have a little bit more efficiency. You get essentially the same benefit as long as you're just you're keeping track and you're pushing yourself hard enough is it basically what it boils down to.
