If you're under the age of 20, how often do they look at the phone? Somewhere from between 85 to 200 or 300 times a day checks in terms of raw hours. We know that Facebook usage alone for their products was up to close to an hour a day a few years ago and that's probably even higher now. Most phone users rarely go very long outside of some of the certain exceptions without looking at their phone.

Cal Newport, the author of Digital Minimalism and Deep Work, shares his research about the inevitable noise of technology and social media in our minds. He and Greg explore practical methods to unplug digitally and cover essential strategies to find deep focus.
