Alexander: I think this really comes down to, like i mentioned right at the beginning, it's that ability to identify the right champion. For building the right champion, you've got to be alinedlike, what are theircpis? What are their metrics? What are they gain t this project being successful? If you don't have that, and then you letst have them, and you have a real pain, it's been identified, thits goto metric over the top of it, you literally have nothing. So for me, it's like putting so much energy in those those first parts of the deal, getting the right champions on board.
