If I want the kind of sugar fix, then can I also have something else? So for example, dark chocolate, if you're a chocolate fiend and you just don't want to give it up, then have a small handful of knots at the same time. It's just kind of combining things together. We know that protein and fat is so important for any sort of hormonal imbalance. Even though we're talking about stress, which isn't always thought of as a hormone, our soul is a hormone.
