And i think i can, but it may be a split squat or goblet squatting. Can regress and progress that in terms of how we want to change the stimulus load different tissues differently. But ultimately it always comes back to did you move better? Did it give you access to move? The whole point of the book was like, here's movement theory. Here's how we integrate the concepts of physiology to explain why we get the best movement the way we do.
