How to Lose Weight With a Digital Food Scale

There's really only three ways to lose weight, and they all fit in one of three categories. Not everybody enjoys counting calories. I try not to be too restrictive, although I do introduce the FODMAP menu for people with IBS. The very top of this index is boiled potatoes, oranges, which fortunately also are very high in potassium - that's where I like to build a foundation.
