Creatine and the Effects on Muscle Growth

If you do eat meat, usually you have about 80% of your stores of creatine stores within your muscles. So following supplementation, vegans or vegetarians actually have lower amounts of creatine within their muscles. And so they'll respond better to creatine supplementation. There's been some good work by Dr. Darren Cando and Darren Burke, Phil Chillibac that looked at vegetarians versus omnivores.
