What Are the Benefits of Having Carbs Late in the Day?
If you consume a high glycimic load, bolus of carbohydrate late in the day, then you're likely to sleep better. So many carbs are more likely to be shuttled into muscle glycagen than they are into adapose tissue. Having white rice at dinner helps me fall asleep faster, i'm bazaarly visius and I hope people dint take this as some sort of advice.
