How to Reduce Gas in Your Diet

A lot of the fiber in these foods is not meant for us. It's meant for that bacteria. Take that fiber. They ferment it to produce short chain fatty acids, which are an incredibly important post biotic. So you have to slow your roll a little bit in terms of how you gradually increase it. And again, my recommendation is nurture your own innate gut bacteria rather than trying to introduce probiotics into your diet.
