The Importance of Working Genius

The upstream tends to be seen as the smarter, more strategic. The downstream is where the people who work really hard do their work. WID people can often feel like, oh, I'm flaky and irresponsible. And so they feel guilty like they're not responsible. But everyone regardless of where you are has to have real admiration for both sides.
