There's a sense that the nature of design practice has moved from a concern with artifacts to delivering products as services. Is there any kind of systems centered framing for the practice? Yeah I think that's a fair read. John Ryan Frank and Jody for Lizzie have talked about product service ecologies or we might add another adjective in front of it that sort of say information product service ecology.
