The Importance of Rest Days
Roxanne Jones: I think people say, all you need to do is weight lift and cardio is stupid. And then there are still a lot of people who say, you know, just cardio is good. You don't need to lift. What do you have to say about that? Tristan Davis: Well, I like to keep it fresh when it comes to fitness routines. It can be 30 minutes of lifting, 30 minutes of cardio. That's what I found has been the best combination for me.
