Chachi Petit: There's so many dynamics that are happening at the same time here. We're kind of weaving our way up through this, like to me, inevitable transformation of the world of customer service. The technology that's available here is getting better. That's not stopping other players like Intropic from building new models all the time. And then our customers, our customer expectation is getting higher and higher.
