Is Charting Your Hormones Helping You Conception?
When you're charting your cycles, if you're paying attention to what's happening, you know, cycle after cycle while you're doing this, you will see in real time how that's going to affect your cycle. And so it's very interesting to see consistently for the vast majority of women who exercise work out when you up those energy levels,. When you lower the food, you can see right there in that particular cycle how it's going to affected you. I think that charting helps to keep you balanced. It helps to prevent you from going too far over the edge.
