I find that people tend to jump around a lot with what they're working on. I think if you can get some sort of like filming done or some sort of coaching from from someone maybe get two or three things to actually work on that specific to you then just turn off all the noise shut off all the noises and focus on those. It's very easy to get distracted even from your Instagram video or listening to me me talk here but when you actually have something specific to work on that's that's relevant for you that's when you really see some big changes. The catch in the pool to me that's the 20% of the stroke that can make 80% of the difference so I
