In every downturn now we've had, you see this flight to quality and that is exactly what's happening in today's market. Even both by what feels to me like a recession, but also the whole question about the future of office. But the thing to remember is if you and I go into the market right now and we look at class A space, we're going to find very tight buildings with great tenants paying record rents.
