The Limitations of Chat GPT

Chat GPT has given everyone a bit of an awakening, especially people that are not involved in AI whatsoever. We had to help the governments during COVID to build a bot to help with this, like, answering FAQs for the citizens. And I think where the limitations really, really became apparent was the fact that the FAQs would change on a daily basis. So all the problems of an intent-based system, especially for a queue automation, really,really became apparent.
