The Benefits of Fish Oil for Mood

Theanine is in a supplement that I sell Joe's mood daily. Quercidin could have an effect on your brain, but you would need the right microbiota. DHA won't go into your brain at all because most fish oils are not phospholipids. That's my main tip for people: Don't bother just getting fish oil, get krill oil which is full of phospholips.
