The RDA for Protein Consumption

The RDA was developed as the amount of protein, this was a bunch of sedentary men. If you're eating less than the RDA, there's a good chance that you are actually at the point where you're going to lose muscle. A lot of this stuff is just an educated guess at this point. Personally, I tend to shoot for 2X RDA for protein consumption. He's sometimes even a little bit higher.
