Ten to 20 seth seems like a decent recommendation for both hypertrophy and strength. But looking at this closer, that number probably doesn't hold up for strength upon further scrutiny. Anecdotaly, there seems to be something to heavy loads in the fatigue realm. So i think you can really, you can put it in two buckets, right? Cause i could do sub maximo bench work out of ten sets of three, three times a week,. Maybe even more than that, and you could call tat 30 sets. Now, how do we define a set? What dies itt mean?
