When i get nervous, the big thing that happens to me is i perspire and i blush. This is a very normal symptomatic response to anxiety. By taking a deep belly breath, like your doing yoga or tichee or chee gong, it really slows down your heart rate. So things we can do to manage our symptoms absolutely exist.
