In the eastern liturgy, we don't kneel during the consecration. This is because kneeling was actually a sign of humility in the west. In the east, kneeling is a sign of penance and not meant to be penitential. And so there's no allowed kneeling during the divine liturgies in the east. But i won't get into that right now.
