The Relationship Between Yeast and Terpenes

Super bloom is a yeast strain again acheco ali yeast that if you just give it sugar will produce these beautiful citrus floral uh terpenes. It's producing migs per liter so milligrams per liter of of these terpenes um and so the net result is a beverage that even if you weren't to use any hops at all would still have very complex floral and citrus flavors and aromas. So this would work with a seltzer or a beer or a wine or a cider you know whatever type of alcoholic beverage  these will consume the sugar.
