Sure, you know we still are getting pushback on subscription because the thing about subscription is different than say a productized program. You don't have to go through that value conversation and like you do with value pricing. I just re listen to your when you were on the 20% podcast the marketing procurement podcast with Blair ends. And you predicted the death of the billable hour within 10 years.
