How do you let go of that need, especially someone where it's not important to you? What kind of self compassiont thing can we say, or factual, rational thing can we soothe ourselves with in those situations? Yeand i think this is so important, cause when we start acting genuine and true self, we really aren't going to click with everyone. The more we try to control it, the worse it gets. There's no magic bullet there. But again, i think the real learning comes from like, if i blush and some one doesn't like me or judges me, it's ok, o, kay.
