i think that it was a huge advantage for me to work at big companies for the first five years of my career, billion dollar holdings companies. You get to see how does disciplined organization plan. How do they drive this level of profitability every year across a portfolio of like 70 different companies? There were so many interesting learnings. And something that i would offer to people, especially ones that are early on their career, is that potentially a great rout is to go and work on a high performing team.
