I started getting hip issues with the squat, like more like your f a i impingement, pinchy feeling in the front of the hip. So now i had this not even a flection in tolerance of the back, but a fear of it ando anterior hip pan. I think that thinking that you have to be this all knowing perfect, i've never been injured on the most fit human being possible really holds people back. But there's so much wisdom to be learned from that prospectus.
