Eddie: Leaders and teams say, well, we don't actually know whether this is going to work. And so we're going to try different things based on ideas that we have about what might work. Eddie: From that stems the desire to then experiment, right? The experiment is sort of the output of this process where leaders are willing to accept uncertainty or humbleness.
How does one build a strong culture of experimentation at an organization (and what does that even mean)? One way is to spend a few years working at a company that already has such a culture… and then jump ship to another organization that is well on its way!
