Coaching Coaches - What Do You Think Makes a Good Coach?

Coaching is not telling someone what to do, it's encouraging them that they can do something. And so for me, as someone who was not a natural born sales person, interverted, felt really lost my first few months hen was out making 30, forty cold calls a day in the field. I mean, everybody sold their own way. We can't make people exact matches and clones of somebody else. There's always something that's unique about it. How do we develop this person for the long term? How do we help them become the best version of themselves?
