Teaching Mindfulness to Kids

mindfulness is about learning how to accept our elves and not judge ourselves quite so harshly. Most of us here probably have that inner critic that's loudly saying, you're not good enough at mindfulness. And we know also that that critical voice, it starts to kind of settle in around age eight or nine. So the younger we start teaching kids to be aware of it and help them to develop a more compassionate inner voice, the less likely it will haunt them into adulthood.
