I always like to have another person in the room. On my side, whether they're speaking or not. Body language matters a lot. They get this back to this behavioral economics thing. Like how many times have you walked into a room to do a deal and then you know the person doesn't want to be there? Their boss is told to go. And it's not just deals. You look at so many of these meetings of people where you can tell in the first three minutes that this is not going to go well. So I think I love the homework and the prepared mindset."
